Tripureswar’s career began in 1989, working in mine planning and design across ten mineral types, including coal, iron ore, gold, copper, and zinc, before moving into ERP solutions for diverse industries such as mining, metals manufacturing, chemicals, power generation, and discrete manufacturing. He has held leadership positions in organizations such as Wipro, Ma’aden, and CIOAdvisory.ai, where he drove transformation programs blending IT and OT with emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, IoT, and advanced analytics to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
In his recent roles, including Global Practice Head – Energy, Oil & Gas Advisory at CIOAdvisory.ai and Manager of Strategy & Business Planning at Ma’aden, Tripureswar has been at the forefront of digital transformation initiatives.
