Sapna Gopinath Kizhekkeveettil is the Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Nexusnow.ai, where she leads human resource strategy across India, the United States, Europe, and the Asia–Pacific region. With 24 years of HR leadership experience, Sapna plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s global talent framework, advancing a culture rooted in inclusion, performance, and innovation.
Her expertise spans the full spectrum of HR leadership, including HR planning, talent acquisition and retention, employee relations and conflict resolution, and leadership development and coaching. She is also known for building strong, values-driven workplace cultures that foster trust, collaboration, and high performance—qualities that align deeply with Nexusnow.ai’s vision for global growth.
Prior to joining Nexusnow.ai, Sapna held senior HR leadership roles at ALTEN India, Prime Focus Technologies, Red Symbol Technologies, Tata AIG General Insurance Company, and Max New York Life Insurance. At ALTEN India, she successfully drove major HR transformations, expanded infrastructure, and aligned talent strategies with business objectives—achievements recognized through Great Place to Work and TISAX certifications. Her career also includes international experience at Triangle Communications, Hong Kong, where she brought a cross-border perspective to HR leadership.
