Jitendra Jaiswal leads NexusNow.ai’s strategy and client engagements across the Nordics, bringing a strong background in enterprise architecture, AI strategy, cloud advisory, and digital transformation. 

A lifelong learner and seasoned technology leader, Jitendra has built a career spanning leadership role in enterprise architecture, program management, and operational excellence. Besides, NexusNow.ai, he serves as Chief Technology Officer at Routa Digital and has served before as CTO for Nordcloud, an IBM Company, Finland , where he guided technology strategy, digital transformation and operational excellence.   

At NexusNow.ai, Jitendra focuses on:

• Building strategic partnerships with Nordic and EU customer engagements

• Designing flexible ServiceNow solutions, delivery models and talent augmentation

• Driving adoption of Generative AI, agentic AI, and cybersecurity solutions

• Ensuring sustainable, ethical, and scalable use of AI across enterprises 

Jitendra holds multiple certifications, including Microsoft Certified Professional, AWS Solution Architect Professional, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, LeanIX Practitioner, and Azure AI Foundations.   

Fluent in English, Hindi, and moderate Finnish skills, Jitendra is passionate about shaping the future with ethical, scalable, and sustainable AI.
