Aanchal Mishra is the Global Client Partner – Strategic Accounts at NexusNow.ai, bringing over two decades of leadership in IT strategy, enterprise delivery, and large-scale digital transformation. She has worked with global multinationals across industries including Energy, Retail Mobility, Financial Services, and Healthcare, delivering measurable outcomes through technology-led innovation and operational excellence.

Prior to joining NexusNow.ai, Aanchal served as General Manager – IT & Digital Transformation at Shell, where she led technology services for a US$19 billion global retail B2B business. She managed a global team of 600, migrated over 35 business-critical applications to Azure, stabilized operations, and spearheaded a platform-wide digital transformation. Her leadership ensured agility, scalability, and alignment with future technology trends.

Earlier, as Vice President & Head of CRM & Cloud Transformation at Société Générale, Aanchal directed the migration of 80% of the investment banking portfolio to a hybrid, multi-cloud environment, enhancing operational efficiency and enabling digital agility. She has also held senior leadership positions at IBM, Wipro, Cisco, Hewlett-Packard, Lucent Technologies, and Ericsson, consistently driving large-scale delivery, governance, and strategic account growth for global clients.

Known for her strategic vision, capability-building expertise, and commitment to talent development, Aanchal has led organizations of up to 1,200 professionals, built high-performing offshore delivery models, and implemented governance structures that ensure measurable business impact.
